Shipping Policy

We ship vintage clothing bundles and single items to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the USA and other selected countries.

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of payment. Large wholesale bundles may take longer; we will email you if there is any delay. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. The total shipping cost is always shown before you pay.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Estimates shown at checkout are a guide and not guaranteed.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the country they are shipped from may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Refused parcels returned because charges were not paid may have return costs deducted from any refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at rebelvintagewholesale@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
